SIGN-UP IN ADVANCE: Fill out the entry form below by Saturday, September 21st, 2019. Provide a valid email address - Confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided. Contestants will receive free entry into the event and the bikini contest. Arrive by 12:30 pm to prepare for the 1:30 pm contest.
SIGN-UP AT THE SHOW: Entries will be accepted on-site at the event up until 12:30 pm on Sunday, September 22nd. See Main Stage Announcer to enter and fill out bio sheet / liability release paperwork on-site.
