SIGN-UP IN ADVANCE: Fill out the entry form below by Friday, June 7th, 2019. Provide a valid email address - Confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided. Contestants will receive free entry into the event and the bikini contest. Arrive by 4:00 pm to prepare for the 5:00 pm contest.
SIGN-UP AT THE SHOW: Entries will be accepted on-site at the event up until 4:00 pm on Friday, June 7th. See Main Stage Announcer to enter and fill out bio sheet / liability release paperwork on-site.
